ATTENDING TO PRIVATE WORK. (Received This Day, 1.10 a . m .) SYDNEY, September 30. Sir Otto Niemeyer spent the day attending to private work and declined interviews. He said he lin'd not yet been invited to attend the Federal Cabinet, which holds an important meeting at Canberra to-morrow. He would- attend if requ-ire’d.
