CAPTAIN SAUL ON IRELAND. (Received Monday,' 11.20 p.m.) LONDON, August 4. Captain Saul, navigator of the Southern Cross, has arrived at Baldonnell Aerodrome. He is of opinion that Ireland is the most backward and least air-minded of the world’s nations.
