MOTOR FATALITY.

DRIVER MISSES INTERSECTION. CAR CAPSIZES. PALMERSTON N., June 4. Detective Barling said that he first met the deceased in 1925, in Auckland. He was born in 1892 in Chatham, New Brunswick, and was a civil engineer, with no relatives in the Dominion. The medical evidence was that the deceased died from head injuries. Evidence was given by two employees at the Bunnythorpe Hotel that the deceased called' there, giving the name of Brice. He offered to drive them to Feilding to attend the pictures. He missed the intersection at Toanui and jammed on the brakes. The car capsized and the deceased was fatally injured.
