ex-bong amanullah falls ON EVIL DAYS. HOPES OF THRONE GIVEN UP. (Received Wednesday, 9.15 pm.) LONDON, July 3. The "Daily Mail” Cairo correspondent states that Amanullah has arrived at Port Said, en route to Italy, where he proposes to stay for a year, after which he hopes to return to Afghanistan, not as king, but as a private individual. Amanullah ia now a very poor man.—(Australian Press Association.)
