BOWLING.
VISIT OF HATAITAI CLUB TEAM. SATURDAY’S ARRANGEMENTS. An event of more than ordinary importance, the return visit of the Hataitai Club, will take place on the Masterton green on Saturday at 1.45 pun. The party will comprise 21 bowlers and four ladies. Not only is the Hataitai Club sending bowlers of renown, whoso names are well-known throughout the Dominion, but the party also embraces men who are leaders in bowling management in this country. Mr. Stone, president of the Dominion Bowling Ash soeiation, and Messrs. Ardell, Wells and Kershaw, president, vice-president and secretary of the Hataitai Club, will bo amongst the visitors. It is the intention to play one game on Saturday afternoon, and the visiting bowlers are to be entertained at a smoke concert at 8 pun. in the Savage dub rooms. Every member of the Mas-te-rton Club is asked to be present. The following is the visiting team:— Wells Kershaw, Stone, Ardell, Fletcher, Strangemure, B. Martin, A. Woolley, Carswell, Edwards, Hunter, Moeller, Ridley, Ellison, Hendry, Young, Lenard, Wrigley, Jeffrey, Kean and Lamberg.
