DEPARTURE FOR ENGLAND. DELAY LIKELY. HEAVY RAIN AT RICHMOND. (Received This Dav, 0.50 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 15. The commencement of the flight of the Southern Cross will probably be delayed owing to heavy rain yesterday and to-day. soaking the Richmond Aerodrome, which will have to dry before the big machine, with its heavy petrol load, can take off.—(Australian Press Aaso-n elation.)
