DOG TRIALS.
MASTERTON COLLIE CLUB’S ANNUAL REPORT. A SUCCESSFUL YEAR. “The trials for the/ year must be considered a success/* states the annual report of the Masterton Collie Club, “and the thanks of the club are due to those who assisted with donations, honorary membership, and entries; to the donors of trophies; to Mr Geo. Shaw, for the use of his grounds; to Mr. C. J. Bennett, for the use of his sheep; to Mr. C. Hay, who acted as judge; and Jo Mr. J. McKay, for the uie of paddocks; also to the Press for publicity given to the activities of the club. The balance sheet shows the assets of the club as £92 12s Bdi, and this must be considered satisfactory. The committee thanks all members for their loyal support and appeals to them ofr a continuation of their interest and help to make this trial one of the best in the Dominion.**
