SOUTHERN HAWKE’S BAY TOURNEY. CHAMPIONSHIP RESULTS. DANNEVIRKE, March 13. The Southern Hawke’s Bay championship croquet tournament was concluded to-day, the winners being:— Ladies’ championship singles, Miss A. Evans (Melbourne) defeated Mrs. Hamand (Dannevirke), ,2/0. Southern Hawke’s Bay open championship: Miss J. Evans (Melbourne) defeated Mrs. Freedman (Napier), 2/1. Mixed championship doubles: Misses Evans (Melbourne) defeated Mesdames Glass and Nymand (Dannevirke), 26/6. —(P.A.)
