(Wellington); repreVotos of thanks were passed to the New Zealand Employers’ Federation, Mr A. J. Curtis (Wellington). Votes of thanks were passed to the letiring president, Mr E. Smith, to tho secretarial staff and to the Wairarapa Masterton Carriers’ Association for its hospitality. Last evening the visiting delegates were entertained by tho Wairarapa Carrirs ’ Association at a smoke concert, Mr M. Stevenson, of Otago, presiding.
