ANNUAL MEETING OF N.Z. BODI YESTERDAY ELECTION OF OFFICERS Addresses delivered at the annual meeting of the New Zealand Master Carriers’ Federation, held in Masterton yesterday, are reported under other headings. tentative on the advisory boaid of the the next annual conference should be
the Tongariro National Park. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: President, Mr M. Stevenson fDunedin); vice-presidents, Messrs A. J. Curtis (Wellington), A. \V. Bryant (Auckland), and E. iSmith (Christchurch); executive, Messrs W. I. J. Blyth, F. Marshall, W. D. Irons and J. Mu nt (Welin-gtom), J. H. Kirkwood (Dunedin), W. A. Phillips (Auckland), J. Walker (Wairarapa), D. 9’Callaghan (Christchurch), and W. S. Brinsley (New Plymouth); hon. auditor, Mr B. (Wellington); repreVotos of thanks were passed to the New Zealand Employers’ Federation, Mr A. J. Curtis (Wellington). Votes of thanks were passed to the letiring president, Mr E. Smith, to tho secretarial staff and to the Wairarapa Masterton Carriers’ Association for its hospitality. Last evening the visiting delegates were entertained by tho Wairarapa Carrirs ’ Association at a smoke concert, Mr M. Stevenson, of Otago, presiding.
