PERSONAL.
Mr ami Mrs A. H. Herbert, of Ekef tahuna, are leaving for England by the Aorangi from Auckland. J Mrs W. Kilmister, of Goodlamls, who has been a patient in the Mostertm ’ Public Hospital for about three weeks, is now making good progress. At yesterday’s meeting of the Maa , tortom County Council a vote of condolence was passed with Councillor H. H. Mawley and his relatives, in the loos of his father. Mr. S. Mawley.
Mr. N. P. Williams and Mr. C. Creelman, who have been on the telegraphic staff of the Masterton Post Office for many years, have received word of their appointment, on promotion, as telegraphic supervisors at Waiuku and Wanganui respectively.
