At the meeting of the Wairarapa Provincial Executive of the Farmer.’ Union on Wednesday, an address os* fertilisers is ,to be delivered by Mr L. J. Wild, Principal of the Feilding Agricultural High Schoch A number of questions are to come r - up for discussion, amongst them the administration of rural credits; and a proposal that income from investments in rural securities should be taxed at a reduced rate ”ae an offset to the more favourable conditions offered for investment in industrial and. commercial circles." It is expected that some reference will be made also to the recent Education Board election.
