RANGITUMAU DANCE.

A dance to be held in the Rangitumau Hall to-morrow evening is one of a series organised by the Rangitumau Hall Comm ttee in conjunction with the Rangitumau Social Club, an organisation that has been in existence for the past two years, and was formed with the object of bringing settlers and their fam.lies into closer touch with each other. Thanks to the efforts of a very capable committee, this object has been pursued very successfully, as is indicated by the attendance at the weekly gatherings. During the winter the last Friday of each month is set aside for a long night, and to-morrow evening’s dance will be the second of the season. For the convenience of visitors from town, a bus will leave the Post Office at an advertised hour.
