FRENCH MOBILISATION IN 1914. CONDEMNATION BY COMMITTEE. (Received Wednesday, 7.45 p.m.) PARIS, November 8. Strong criticism of the national mobilisation during the war is contained in a report of the Army Committee at present in the hands of the Senate. The report declares that, the scheme was almost unrealisable and was dangerous from the international standpoint, weakening the moral fibre of the nation. M. Poul Boneour .succeeds M. Franklin Bouillon in the chairmanship of the Foreign Affairs Committee.—(A. and N.Z.)
