PROCLAMATION BY PANG A 1.06. HOPES FOR NORMALITY BARRED BY OPPOSITION. (Received Wednesday 7.15 p.m.) ATHENS, Jan. s.—After a meeting of Cabinet General Pangal. s issued a proclamation to the nation declaring that the Government had born with equanimity the insults, jibes and even attemps nt revolution, but all hopes of agreement with a view of facilitating the restoration of normal political life wore banishes by the unpatriotic attitude of tho leaders of the opposition during the Grnqco-Bul-garian dispute, when hey slanderously accused tho Government of deliberate ly attacking Bulgaria. Pangalos adds tlfat he will proceed resolutely to carry out his programme for unification of the Republic.—(A. and N.Z.)
