BOOTLEGGER FOR A PINT. (Received 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, March 20.—A telegram from Omaha says it is predicted that Nebraska will be the driest State in the Union under a law which came into force to-day providing that the possession of more than a pint of liquor shall be prima facie evidence that the possessor ‘is a bootlegger.— (Reuter.)
