CHRISTCHURCH, March 17.— Mouat, who is accused of murdering his wife, will appear at the Magistrate's Court to-morrow. —ri
It is understood that tho police will call one witness, Mr J. B. Merrett, a brother of Mrs, Mouat, as he intends to leave for Australia shortly.—(P.A.)
