MURDER TRIAL BEGUN. THORN PLEADS NOT GUILTY. LONDON, Mar. 11.—The Sussex Assize Court was crowded at the opening of tho trial of Thorn, who pleaded not guilty. Sir Henry Curtis Bennett, prosecuting, dealt with, the intimacy between Thorne and Miss Cameron who, in November, mistakenly thought *hc was enceinte and pressed Thorn to marry her. The prosecution alleged that Thorn murdered Miss Cameron because she stood in the Way of his marrying Miss Caldieott.
