ODDFELLOWS’ LODGE.
LAST MEETING OF YEAR. The Loyal Masterton Lodge met on Monday night. Greetings were received from tihe Grand Master of the Order, and Auckland District officers, Loyal Danncvirke, and also Loyal Unity Lodge. A strong picnic committee was set* up for Boxing Day. A lengthy sports programme has been arranged. No competitors will be allowed to run in spiked shoes. Hot water, and milk will bo provided free, a charge of sixpence for admission will be made. The Lodge entered a tug-of-war team and a relay team. The individual vanners in both the tug-of-war and relay will receive a gold medal. The annual meeting will be held on the next Lodge night January 5.
