PLUNKET SOCIETY.

MONTHLY MEETING. The monthly meeting of the Mastertori Plunket Society was held yesterday, there being present Mesdames W. Bullock (in the chair), W. Wardell, E. H. Waddington, R. Judd, H. H. Daniell and T. Jordan. A letter was recceived from the Masterton A. and P. Association advising that the grounds committee ‘had been recommended by the general committee to proceed with the building for the use of the Plunket Society at the showgrounds, and that it had been mentioned at the meeting of the' Association that the Society would do what it could to assist.—Decided to donate £lO. The nurse’s report showed that visits to homes during the month were: New cases 14, old cases 111. Visits to the 7 office: Adults 128, babies 102; New cases: 18 adults, 11 babies.
