THE WORLD’S TOURNEY. CAPABLANCA DEFEATED. (Received 7.40 p.m.) New York, Mar. 23. —The outstanding event at the checs tourney is that Reti (Czecho-Slovakia) defeated Capablanca (Cuba). This is the champion’s first defeat in 10 years. Tarkower (Austria) and Bogojulbow (Latvia) are tied for first place with 3 points each. Yates (England) is sixth with 14 points.
