GUN SHOOTING.
The Mastorton Gun Club held a clay bird match on their grounds on Saturday afternoon, seven members taking part. , 18 BIRDS. R. J. King, hep 21 yds, .... 17 R. Morris 15, 15 J. McCalmont 12, 15 C. Grey 18, 14 D. McLachlan 19, 14 Two others competed. The shooting to complete the trophy competition for the season will conclude on Saturday, October 6. The final will be most interesting seeing that some four members are practically the same. It has been arranged to make the presentation of prizes on tho ground, immediately after the final.
