SUPPORT FOR COALITION. (Received 7.55 p.m.) London, Alar ch 14.—A meeting of 200 Unionist and Conservative Commoners discussed the Coalition. Several Die-hards dissented from the Government’s Irish policy, but the feeling of the meeting was strongly against any action wliicft would have the effect of dividing the Unionist party. There was no desire evinced to end the Coalition or withdraw support from the Unionist leaders.—(A. and N.Z.)
