WHEREFOR your Petitioners humbly pray that your Excellency will be pleased to exercise the powers vested in your Excellency by the "Electric Power Boards Act, 1918," and declare the areas above described to be an electric power district and an outer area to such district respectively under the said Act. The plan of euch portion of each County as is- included in the area described above may be seen at the County Offices, and the petition, together with a plan of the- whole of the proposed "Inner Area" may, during office hours, be inspected at the Borough Council Office, Carterton.
