SENSATIONAL ARREST
DEPUTY CHARGED WITH TREASON.

A Deputy, Paul Meunicr, was arrested when leaving an election meeting on a charge of treasonable negotiations with the enemy. Received This Morning, 1.30 o'clock. PARIS, Nov. 15. A later account states that while tho police were searching M. Meunier's house, Meunier locked two inspectors in a room and fled. The inspectors quickly got out and followed Mourner's tracks in tho slow for nearly two miles. When approaching Meunier they fired their revolvers, and the Deputy lay down and surrendered.
