ENEMY PRISONERS
PUT TO WORK. (United Service.) (Received Last Night, 8 o'clock.) LONDON, Feb.. 6. In the Bouse of Lords, Lord Newton stated that out of 50,000 war prisoners in the United Kingdom 41,000 were employed, mostly at such work as roadniaking. About 4200 were engaged in agriculture work, and the balance were unfits. There were also 29,000 civilian imterneea, of which number about 2000 were working.
