The Provisional Soviet demanded the evacuation and the submission of the Polish staff, 'intimating that the fate of a number -oi leading hostages depended thereon. The Maximalist agency confirms tlio capture of KicfF. Three Ukrainian regiments, with artillery, have joined the Soviets, a wholo garrison refusing to fight.
