He lias occupied Wooerfprs, Krietinestad and Tavastchus. There- ie great enthusiasm in Nor th Finland, where {ill men between the ages of fifteen and sixty are joining the Government troops. Only Tornoa, Kerns and Uleaborg remain in the hands of .the Red Guards "in North Finland. There has been lighting' around Viborg. Helsingfors remains in the Red Guards hands.
