DRAMATIC RECITAL
I Judging by the number of tickets 'that have already been sold and the number of seats that have been reserved for the dramatic recital of selections from the works of Charles Dickens to be given by the Rev. Archibald E. Hunt, in the Town Hall, tomorrow night, this entertainment should he as great a success as the one of a similar kind given her 1 by this popular entertainer in July last. As an elocutionist Mr Hunt i?; second to none «ne Dominion, and ho has made the works of Dickens a special study. He will be assisted on TllOSthi." evening by Miss Ruby Oliver, Mr C. Thornton, Mr AVilliams and Mr Ralph's orchestra, while the accompaniments for the vocal items will be plaved by Mr Harold Taylor, A.L.C.M.
During the evening, by special reI quest, Miss Ruby Oliver will sing [ "The Absent-Minded Beggar," and ; the audience will be asked to contribute towards the fund that is being raised to assist our wounded soldiers. Seats may be reserved in both stalls and dress circle without extra charge at Messrs McLeod and Young's. The charges for admission will be two shillings upstairs, and one shilling for all downstairs seats (including orchestral stalls), and those who intend to be present should lose no time in reserving their seats, as the booking is likely to bo heavy.
