The Servian Relief Committee ot G-isborne has lianded to Commissioner Hodder, of the Salvation Army, a sum of £llOO, • {conditionally that the money will reach the desired destinaion. The Commissioner cabled General Booth, in Loudon, who eplied that he had despatched Colonel Go; vaara. a Dutch officer and linguist, to administer relief, and'if more money could be sent at present it could be administered while Colonel Govanra was there.
