LORD BRASSEY MOVES
(■Received this morning 12.30 o'clock). LONDON, Sept. 1. Lord Brassey is advocating the re ,'axation of the censorship. He recalls the happenings at the outbreak of the South African war. Telegrams were posted outside the newspaper offices. When they read of reserves being wanted, people were instantly stirred i,( > action, and contingents were organised in conscience of the well-timed publicity.
