[ Thero is nothing particularly exciting in the war news this morning. Fighting continues in France, and the Allies appear to bo holding their own. A neutral diplomat states that the situation has entirely changed flaring the last few days, and there is a prospect of three capitals being Invested, viz., Berlin,. Vienna, and Paris. A London paper states that Turkey is on the verge of declaring war against Greece, and that the Entente will regard such a declaration a s hostile. The Russians continue to advance, and have encircled the c apitnl of Poland, notwithstanding that {here are a million Austrians in the field. A Recruiting Committee has been formed in England. The remarkable absence of war news is interpreted to mean that the Germans have planned an overwhelming victory for tho anniversary of the battle of Soda n.
