FROZEN MUTTON.
AS AN ARMY RATION
(Received this morning, 12.30 o'clock.) LONDON, March 5. Owing to the exclusion of frozen mulvton from the army contracts, the Hon. T. Mackenzie (Dominion. High Commissioner has offered to demonstrate to the War Office the suitability of Noav Zealand mutton .as an army ration.
