SUEZ CANAL.
EXTENSIVE IMPROVEMENTS. 'Time*'—'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Feb. 26, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 25. The Suez Oanal Company expects to complete improvements by 1918 giving a greater depth than at any port east of Suez except Sydney. The scheme provides for a. depth of 40 feet throughout the Canal, with a width of 196 feet.
