TEN PERSONS DROWNED. (Received February 25, 11 a.m.) PARIS, February. 24. 1 The Danish steamer Ekliptika'j 2110 tons gross, from the Tyne to Cagliari, foundered during a gale ft tha Bay of Biscay. Eleven persons were rescued, and ten (including the captain) dr^vned.
