AND SCHOOL ATTENDANCE. (Received Last Night.,s.s o'clock.) LONDON, February 21. The Government and Opposition have agreed 'to the second reading of tho Children's Employment and School Attendance Bill. This raises the school ago to fifteen years; abolishes half-time under thirteen ; exempts those above that age conditional'?' on their (••it-ring beneficial employment; and pioiiibits street trading by boys and girls under -seventeen ' and ' eight-era years of age respectively. Boys under seventeen may, iftnvever, be licensed if they attend a continuation-evening school.
