ALLEGED MANSLAUGHTER. 'Time*'—'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Last Night, 6.30 o'clock.'! • LONDON, August 11. In the Christian Science case in which a. girl died, the doctors gave evidence that they were unable to state that death was accelerated through want of medical attention. The jury decided that a reasonable person would have summoned a doctor, and that failure to do so had hastened death. The Coroner stated that the verdict was tantamount to one of manslaughter, and the father was committed for trial. He was subsequently admitted to bail.
