Colonel Sir William Henry Manning, Governor of Jamaica, has been divorced from his wife. Ho left for Nyassaland in 1910 for the benefit of his health. When he returned to England ho found that his wife had eloped Avith Captain Llewellyn, his aide-de-camp in Nyassaland, who was absent on leave.
