UNIMAGINABLE CONDITIONS.

NEW YORK, March 20. A letter has been received from a missionary in the An-Hwei province, giving details of unimaginable famine conditions. It is five months yet to the harvest, and the people are eating weeds, the bark of trees, dogs, and other animals. The worst, he asserts, is yet to come.
