WELLINGTON SUPREME COURT.
LT TELEGRAPH—PKKSS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, August 17. At the Supreme Court, to day, Gustav Rudolf Frecken, who had pleaded guilty of stealing a bicycle at Dannevirke, was sentenced to twelve months' hard labour. James Madder and Henry Mather were found guilty of breaking and entering premises at Kelburne, and stealing goods worth £25. They werj remanded for sentence James Smith, charged with stealing tvo watches and a chain, was also found guilty, and remanded for sentence. No bill was found in the case of Patrick Ryen, charged with indecent assault.
