The magisterial enquiry into the wreck of the Dundonald on Disappointment Island was held, today, before Mr McCarthy, S.M., Captain S. N. McKenzie (Bluff harbour master) and Captain Silba, of. As the result of the representations of the Mayor to Mr Waite, curator of the Canterbury Museum, the boat made by the Dundonald's survivors will be allowed to remain here and be exhibited in the afternoon for the benefit of the survivors of the wreck.
