THE BRITISH NAVY.
A NEW BASE. Received December 4, 8.58 a.m. LONDON, December 3. The First Lord of the Admiralty, Lord Tweedmouth, has announced that contracts are being taken to establish a naval base at Rosyth to accommodate 112 warships. The work will be completed in a decade.
