DISCONTENT IN RUSSIA.
AGITATORS INCITE TO MUTINY. .MUTINEERS CAPTURED AFTER DEADLY FIGHT. . Received Octooer 31, 10.10 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Oct. 31. The crew of the destroyer Skory, : incitedjby agitators, mutinied and hoistedTOie Red Flag at Vladivostok, :and. steamed into the bay They opened fire on the town and the troops ashore, whereupon a gunboat ■and three destroyers replied. The 12th artillery regiment also "turned their guns on the Skory, which was riddled with shells and Reached. -" The agitators aboard were killed, and the mutineers arrested. During the engagement Captain, Jturasch, of the torpedoer'navy, was killed. • Lieutenant Vassiluff, of the destroyer, was seriously wounded. Lieutenant Stoer, the commander of the Skory, was killed,' and also some civilians.
