A SEA-GOING DOCKYARD.
Received November 7, 8.40 a.m. LONDON, November 6The Cyclops, a new steam repairing ship, built for the Admiralty, has been launched at Sunderland. She resembles a sea-going dockyard, fitted with shipyard appliances and engineering machinery, and has on board three hundred artificers.
