A STEAMER STRANDED.

Receiyed November 7, 9 a.m. LONDON, November 6. The steamer Schiller, bound for Melbourne, lost both of her anchors during a terrific gale, and was stranded at Dungeness (a low shingly, point of England, forming the southern extremity of the County ot Kent, and projecting into the English Channel). Heavy seas broke over the vessel. All the crew were rescued except one.
