MR KEIR HARDIE'S CAMPAIGN. Received November 6, 8.27 a.m. t, LONDON, November 5. Mr Keir Hardie, the Labour member tor Merthvr Tydvil, speaking at Edinburgh, said if the House of Commons refused to discuss Socialism, an armed revolution and general strikes would bo the alternatives. He frequently met and admired Socialists who were prepared to risk everything to realise their ideas, and who were quite prepared to appeal to the nation.
