OFFICERS SHOT BY REVOLUTIONARIES. Received November 6, 11.56 p.m. LONDON, November 6. Reuter's St. Petersburg oorresondent states that revolutionaries shot, in the streets of Kutno, seventeen officers. All the Russian forces in Northern I Manchuria have been withdrawn, with the exception of the railway guards. SOCIAL DEMOCRATS ARRESTED. Received November 6, 11.56 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 6, The police at St. Petersburg have arrested twenty-five members of the Comuj-ittee of the Sooial Demooratio organisation.
