THE REBELLION*. Received September 14, 7.40 a.m. NEW iORK, September 13 Two more American warships have been ordered to Cuba. The Now York Times states that Seuor Palma. the President, will be removed if the situation is desperate. All attempts to minimise the seriousness of the rising have been abandoned at Washington. ARRIVAL OF AMERICAN BLUEJACKETS. Received Septemor 14, 10 p.m. HAVANA. September 14. One hundred American bluejackets from the cruiser Denver have landed at Havana, and have camped in front of President Palma'a residence. REBELS HOLD aLL SMALLER TOWNS. GUERRA ADVANCING ON HAVANA. Keoe'vod September 14, 10,31 p.m. HAVANA, Sepember 14. The Cuban rebels hold all the smaller towns, and are in command of Santa Clara. It is reported *hat Guevra ia advancing upon Havana with an overwhelming force.
