HAWKE'S BAY LAND BARGAINS.
The demand for land in the Hawke's Bay distriot still ocmtinues, and almost daily sales of both sheep and dairy properties are being effeoted. With its fine quality of land and beautiful, even climate, the distriot, offers exceptional facilities to the settler, and those who purobase in the right direction now, can be assured of their investments proving profitable. Evidence of the general prosperity of Hawke s Bay is to be seen in the thriving townsbihps all along the line, and this applies most particularly to Hastings, which has gone ahead at a wonderful rate. Although the demand for land round about Hastings is very keen, there are still a few choice bargains in sheep and dairying properties to be bad, and in another column Mr P. J. W. Gasooyne, land agent, of Hastings, announces that he will be pleased to supply particulars to anyone requiring property in that distriot. Particulars of a sheep farm, comprising 7,300 acres, and a 100 acre dairy farm are euumeratedl and are well worth perusal, *, _ '„• ,_
