BAT PLENTY OF FRUIT. To get the full benefit from fruit it must be fresh. It also requires to be well masticatod, else indigestion will result. People who cannot eat raw apples will find that when baked they are much more easily digested. Those prone to biliousness should indulge freely in lemons. This is best taken in the form of a drink. A glass of cold or hot water with a tablespoon or so of strained lemon juico in it first thing in the morning is a splondid cure for and ! preventative of this most annoying complaint.
