J IBILBE v. coronation. The Coronation (Beaumont) ami Jubilee (Blue Spur) Clubs play d a flag fixture on Glasgow Park, Lawrence, on Saturday afternoon. Though the weather was line the ground was still in a sloppy condition, particularly at the south west corner which made Hip bull g'.easy mid diflicult to handle. .Jubilee was without the services of some of their usual players (no tab k- It. SutherlaivcJ) and their team was therefore considerably below its norma) strength. The game was not conspicuous for anything brilliant in football, the Coronation team, with a few exceptions, consisting mainly of players who are new to the game. On the whole, however, they played a good clean game and succeeded in extending their opponents (who won by 3pts) very fairly indeed. Towards Hie end of the first spell Bryant succeeded fneni a .scramble on Coronation's line in getting over, but the kick at goal, a fairly easy one, failed. Southern and University are in the lead for the banner, each of these clubs havingi twenty points to their credit. Zingari comes next -with 17.
